PLS70 HIGH SECURITY SEAL

Seal with adjustable steel rope. With its multiple rope structure, it is suitable to be used under challenging field conditions. It is a security seal with multiple rope, preferred for sealing materials in warehouse, room, safe, box, etc. where logistics and high protection are required. The seal body (for ease of marking and readability) is usually produced in white. After the sealing is performed, a cutting apparatus is required to break the seal. Markings such as serial number, barcode and QR codes are written on the plastic body with a laser.

    • PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PLS70

    In addition to maintaining its physical and mechanical properties between the temperatures of +90°C/-40°C, the products are nonflammable thanks to the design of its parts. It does not become deformed under the vertical load of 500 kg. Steel wire of 1.20 mm was used to provide resistance against heavy loads and physical conditions. It can pull 100 kg. thanks to the special wire winding. Safety Wire can be produced in the desired length. The winding length can have 300 mm. at maximum. This is a prominent characteristic when using the seal. It can be used with the materials at the desired size.

  • RFID RFID chip is a technology that can remotely read and control the quality and quantity information of the sealed material with the hand terminal without the need to contact. The seal is placed inside. It is a highly preferred model with its data hosting characteristics regardless of the information capacity.
  • HOLOGRAM It is a high-tech security sticker that is difficult to imitate. It is not possible to repeat the application. It is possible to implement printing in a distinctive way such as corporate meta and tracking number.

  • BARCODE Since it is a method that enables to enter the data quickly and accurately, it can be used in operations where it is necessary to access "work-intensive operations". For example, using a barcode system, it is possible to conduct the warehouse counting very easily and accurately.
  • LASER MARKING Laser marking technology can be applied directly on the product and it is possible to mark in numbers or in graphics. * Serial number, corporate logo, special sign, etc.
  • INTERNAL NUMBERING It provides extra security by placing the number on a plaque and placing it in the product.
  • COLORIZATION Colorization is realized with special pigments. It can be produced in opaque, fluorescent and/or transparent colors. This application is diversified based on the quality and quantity of the secured material and product information. (*)
